Join the American Lung Association for the 38th Annual Autumn Escape Bike Trek, a gorgeous one or two-day ride along Cape Cod, MA. Enjoy scenic views and a fully supported route while raising funds for the Lung Association\'s mission to save lives by improving lung health and preventing lung disease, including our fight to end COVID-19.\ \ \ After riding, enjoy free beer from Mayflower Brewing Company and a lobster dinner along with games, a DJ and campfires. Imagine being a kid at summer camp with your friends again, all while supporting the 37+ million Americans with lung disease.
