Presented by the Cultural Center of Cape Cod from May 26-June 19. "Where the Sand Meets the Sea" is a collection of paintings that combine the nostalgia of the past and the familiarity of found materials in a manner that bridges the gap between sculpture and paint. The exhibition, which will be held in both the Constantinidis Great Hall and Blue Room galleries, has no admission fee. The Cultural Center will host an open house on Saturday, May 29, from 2-5pm. Visitors are also invited to experience "Forest Reverie," an exhibit of paintings by Peggy Richard, in the Saben Board Room Gallery from May 26-June 19; "Shelter Outside: Art on the Spectrum," artwork by Willie Simon and Emily Jathas, in the Vault Gallery from May 26-June 5; and "A Myriad of Interests," paintings by Jory Mason in the Education Wing from April 28-May 29. All are welcome, but CDC protocols including social distancing and mask usage will be observed. Gallery hours are Tuesday through Saturday from noon to 5pm. The Cultural Center is located at 307 Old Main Street in South Yarmouth. For more information, visit or call 508-394-7100.
