A: All guest rooms in the Main Building have coffee makers and refrigerators.
All guest rooms in the Harborside Tower have coffee makers, microwaves and refrigerators.

A: Main Building: There are views of the pool and harbor.
Harborside Tower: There are views of the harbor and neighboring buildings.

A: There are DVD Players only in the Main Building. DVDs are available to use at the Front Desk.

A: The Main Building has 2 floors and no elevators.

Q. What Is Our Cancellation Policy?
A: May - October: You must cancel 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation penalty of one night's room and tax. November - April: You must cancel by 6pm day of arrival to avoid a cancellation penalty of one night's room and tax. Cancellation policies may vary by date and rate plan.
Q. What Are The Hours Of The Pools / Jacuzzi?
A: Indoor Pool/Jacuzzi: April - June: 9am - 7pm, Outdoor Pool /Jacuzzi: July - September: 8am - 10pm.
Please note: Our pools are closed from the middle of October to the middle of April. When the pools open in April, only one pool is open at any given time. We choose the one that is best given the current weather conditions. Hours of operation are subject to change.

Q. How far is Hyannis from Boston?
A: Hyannis is 83 miles from the center of downtown Boston. Depending on traffic and time of day, driving from Hyannis to Boston can take between 1 and a ½ to 2 hours.
Q. Where did Hyannis get its name?
A: Originally a village, Hyannis was named after the Native American Iyannough, who was a sachem of the Cummaquid tribe native to the area. The village is also the namesake of the former US naval ship the USS Hyannis.
Q. Where are the best places to eat in Hyannis MA?
A: In addition to our on-site restaurant, travelers to Hyannis should try out hot spots like the Black Cat Tavern, British Beer Company, or Portside Tavern for authentic New England seafood and locally-sourced dishes.

A: When traveling with the family a must-see are the Cape Cod Duckmobiles. Main Street is also a great place to grab a gelato. The Cape Codder Water Park is a beautiful indoor water park that offers fun for the kids no matter what the season.
