What time is check-in at Hyannis Harbor Hotel?Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is at 11 am. Must be 21 or older to make a reservation.

What is the cancellation policy at Hyannis Harbor Hotel?
May - October: You must cancel 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty charge.
November - April: You must cancel by 6 pm the day of arrival to avoid a penalty charge.
We also offer a discounted advanced purchase rate which has a non-refundable policy in which full payment is due at the time of booking.Cancellation policies may vary by date and rate plan. *When reserving three or more rooms, we reserve the right to adjust cancellation and deposit policies. Guests may also be required to sign a group agreement for clarity on these terms.

Are there in-room DVD players?Yes, there are in-room DVD players in the main building only. A free library is available at the Front Desk.

Does Hyannis Harbor provide cots and cribs?Cots are available for the Main Building only. Guests can request a cot for an additional $15 per day, but availability is not guaranteed.

How many floors does Hyannis Harbor Hotel have?The Main Building has two floors and no elevators. The Harborside Tower has four floors with elevator access to all guest rooms.

Does Hyannis Harbor Hotel have parking?Yes, parking is included in our amenity fee. We offer the least expensive parking charge adjacent to the island ferries. In addition, most parking lots charge per calendar day, while we charge for 24-hour periods.

What is included in the amenity fee?The amenity fee includes:
- Parking for one car (a $35 value per night in season, $28 value off-season)
- For each additional car, we charge $28 from June through Labor Day and $20 during May, September, and October.
- Two (2) bottles of water upon check-in
- In-room coffee and tea
- Super-fast high-speed internet
- Seasonal use of pool, fitness center, and fire pit
- Use of lobby computers and printers
- Parking for one car (a $35 value per night in season, $28 value off-season)

Does the hotel accept cash for room charges?Our hotel does not accept cash payments for any services provided. All major valid credit cards are accepted.
