Q. What Time Is Check-In and Check-Out?
A. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is at 11:00 a.m.   Must be 21 or older to make a reservation.
 
Q. What Is Our Cancellation Policy?
A. May - October: You must cancel 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax.
     November - April: You must cancel by 6pm day of arrival to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax.
     We also offer a discounted advanced purchase rate which has a non-refundable cancellation policy in 
     which full payment is due at the time of booking.  
     Cancellation policies may vary by date and rate plan.

Q. Do We Require A Deposit When Making Your Reservation? 
A. Yes.  We require a one-night deposit at the time of booking. 

Q. Pet Policy
A. We apologize but the Hyannis Harbor Hotel does not allow pets.

Q. Do You Offer High-Speed Internet Access?
A. We offer high speed internet throughout the entire hotel.


 
Q. Are There Coffee Makers, Microwaves, Refrigerator/Freezer In The Rooms?
A. Yes, in the Harborside Tower.  The main building only has coffee makers and refrigerators. 
 
Q. What Types of Views Do Our Guest Rooms Offer?
A. Main Building: Some rooms have views of the pool, harbor, and parking lot.
     Harborside Tower: Some rooms have views of the harbor.
     Please contact our Reservations Team to assist you in reserving the room that best suits your needs.
 
Q. Are There In Room DVD Players?
A. Yes, in the main building only.  A free library is available at the Front Desk.
 
Q. Cots and Cribs? 
A. Cots are available for the Main Building only. Guests can request a cot for an additional $15 per day but are not guaranteed.
 
Q. How Many Floors Does The Hotel Have?  
A. The Main Building has 2 floors and no elevators.
     The Harborside Tower has 4 floors and elevator access to all guest rooms.

Q. Do We Offer ADA Guest Rooms?
A. Yes.  We offer ADA compliant guest rooms.  Please contact our Reservations Team. 
 
Q. What Are the Hours Of The Fitness Center?
A. We have a 24-hour fitness center.  It is open seasonally.
 
Q. Do We Have A The Business Center?
A. We have 2 lobby kiosks with use of a computer and printer. 
 
Q. What Are The Hours Of Our Guest Laundry?
A. 24 hours.
 
Q. What Are The Hours Of The Pools / Hot Tub?
A. Indoor Pool/Hot Tub: April - June: 9am - 7pm
     Outdoor Pool /Hot Tub: July - September: 8am - 10pm.
     Please note: Our pools are closed from the middle of October to the middle of April.  When the pools open in April,
     only one pool is open at any given time.  We choose either the indoor pool or the outdoor pool given the current weather conditions.
     Hours of operation are subject to change.
 
Q. What Are The Closest Beaches?
A. Veterans Park Beach and Kalmus Beach.

Q. Parking At The Hotel?
A.  Parking is included in our amenity fee.  We offer the least expensive parking charge adjacent to the island ferries. 
      In addition, most parking lots charge per calendar day while we charge for 24-hour periods.  

Q. What is Included in the Amenity Fee? 
A.  Parking for one car (a $35 value per night in season, $20 value off season).  For each additional car, $28 (June - Labor Day) and
        $15 (May, September, and October).
      Two (2) bottles of water upon check in
      In-room coffee and tea
      Super-fast high-speed internet
      Seasonal use of pool, fitness center, and fire pit
      Use of lobby computers and printers
      Electric vehicle fast charging station 

Q. Does The Hotel Accept Cash For Room Charges?
A. Our hotel does not accept cash payments for any services provided.  All major valid credit cards are accepted.
